My favorite snack, it goes well with a beer.
INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 1 dl oil
- 125 g margarine
- 2 dl beer
- 600 g of soft flour
- 100 g of roasted peeled sunflower
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:
- Fry the sesame in a pan until it gets a golden brown color and smells good.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted margarine, beer, oil. Then add 4 tablespoons of flour, fried sesame, salt, baking powder and sunflower seeds. Combine everything nicely and add the remaining flour.
- Knead a smooth dough, roll it out to a thickness of 5 mm and cut into sticks.
- Wrap the sticks in a spiral and place them in a greased pan, bake at 220 degrees until golden brown.
